Hourly and daily booking

Hourly chauffeur in München — a car on standby

When a plant visit, a law-firm meeting and dinner fall on one day, the hourly booking saves the most time in Munich. With an hourly booking you are not buying a route but time: the car and chauffeur are yours for the booked duration — with as many stops as the day requires.

How the hourly booking works

You give us the start time, the pick-up address and the planned duration — typically three, six or ten hours. The route need not be fixed: you can add or drop addresses on the way. Billing follows the booked hours at the agreed rate, with part hours shown transparently.

  • 3 hours — two to three appointments within the city
  • 6 hours — half a meeting day including a lunch break
  • 10 hours — a full day including trips outside the city

Typical itineraries in München

The day often starts at a hotel around Maximilianstraße, Messe Riem, Flughafenumfeld Hallbergmoos, runs through appointments in Maximilianstraße, Arnulfpark, Parkstadt Schwabing and ends in the evening at the starting point or at München Hauptbahnhof. Between addresses the car waits within reach, so you can leave luggage, documents and coats inside.

City tours, property viewings and private appointments in Altstadt-Lehel, Maxvorstadt, Bogenhausen work the same way — without booking each leg separately.

Waiting, breaks and changes

Waiting time is included in the hourly rate — there is no separate standing charge. If your day runs longer, we extend the booking as long as the chauffeur stays within statutory driving and rest times. If a longer day is foreseeable, tell us early and we schedule a relief driver.
